Is the bathroom private?
Yes. Each of the two rooms has its own private bathroom.
Is the whole property private?
No. Your room and bathroom are private; the living area and kitchen are shared with other guests.
Can I use the kitchen?
Yes, on request, with a €10 per night cleaning supplement. How the supplement applies will be clarified in your quote.
Where can I park?
Outdoor parking is free. The covered garage is also free, on request and subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
The welcome gesture includes wine with two glasses, water, coffee, tea and a small sweet treat. It is not an included breakfast service.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is officially confirmed when the bank transfer is received. Sending a transfer receipt alone does not mean the funds have arrived.
Can I cancel my booking?
The amount paid will be refunded if you notify us of cancellation no later than seven days before the agreed arrival date.
